Custom In-Office Workshops

Workshops that will excite you and your staff to become personally committed to your practice. 

Purpose.  The purpose of Workshops is to give you and  your staff hands-on  improve your practice and move towards excellence.

Intended Results.  Meetings are intended to be a time in which your staff comes together and formulate ideas and solutions to everyday practice issues. 

Workshops are conducted to inform and train your staff in the basic and finer points of the dental business of service.

Structure.  Training is provided in your office on how to conduct morning huddles, completion meetings, and staff meetings.  Workshops are conducted in your office using printed materials and workbooks for your staff covering a wide range of topics pertinent to conducting a successful dental practice.

Consulting Services. 

Dental Management Consulting is a journey, not a destination.  We guide you in developing your ideal practice.

Purpose of Service. The purpose of Consulting is to continuously improve your practice and your life. 

Intended Results.  Consulting prevents burnout and enables you to have a long and productive career.  You will see increased teamwork and cooperation along with increased employee motivation.  Communication skills improve and conflict and stress is reduced.

Consulting will improve your practice and will result in less stress and increased profits.  You will fulfill your personal goals, move toward attaining a balanced life and live by intention rather than at the effect of external factors.  You will provide your patients with excellent clinical care as your case presentation skills improve and you achieve increase productivity and prosperity.  You will enjoy the daily company of a highly motivated and focused staff.  A smooth running and stress free day will be your normal day. 

Consulting services will help you attract and keep the high quality patients you enjoy while receiving appreciation for your efforts. Your staff will gain confidence and competence as their business knowledge and skills increase and as you learn to deal smoothly and effectively with day to day issues.    

Structure.  Over a period of 18 to 24 months, we will make on-site visits in your office to work with you and your staff one on one for leadership training, staff development and staff meetings.  Video and/or teleconferencing technology may also be used. 

You will stay in communication with us by using email and/or by scheduled telephone conferencing to discuss your monthly planning and to follow-up on the progress of your developmental plan. 

We will provide you with an office consultation workbook and journal.  You will provide us with your monthly monitor reports and management indicators.  Together we will monitor your annual plan and goal achievements.
