Consulting services will help you attract and keep the

Structure.
Over a period of 18 to 24 months, we will make
on-site visits in your office to work with you and your
staff one on one for leadership training, staff
development and staff meetings. Video and/or
teleconferencing technology may also be used.
You will stay in communication with us by using email
and/or by scheduled telephone conferencing to discuss
your monthly planning and to follow-up on the progress
of your developmental plan.
We will provide you with an office consultation workbook
and journal. You will provide us with your monthly
monitor reports and management indicators. Together we
will monitor your annual plan and goal achievements.
