Jay Hislop, DDS, JD - President.  Jay founded Echelon Consulting Group in 1997 after he was diagnosed with a genetic nerve-conduction disorder that mimics MS.  This condition meant the end of a very successful 18 years career as a restorative dentist and the beginning of Dental Endeavors.
